Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.

To request a return or cancellation, use the “Request a return or cancellation” link in the footer of our website and select your order.

After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or other odours
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned with all accessories supplied with the item

Items may only be tried on to the extent reasonably necessary to determine fit and characteristics.

If an item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, staining, odour or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to try it on, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, within the statutory refund period.

If you withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the original cost of our cheapest standard delivery method. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require another size or design, please return the original item and place a new order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Our standard products are produced on demand after an order is placed.

This does not exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.

Products that are genuinely personalised or produced according to individual customer specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
