All items are made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. We do not keep stock.

Due to this made-to-order process, each item is produced individually, and we kindly ask customers to carefully review sizing and product details before placing an order.

We only offer replacements or refunds if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a replacement.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, personal preference, or change of mind.
