Rules Gala Evening and Festival

Seating Logistics
Seating is based on individual seats. Tables can not be moved and seatings can not be changed during the gala evening.

Recording & Photography
You may bring photo cameras. No flash photography is permitted. Small camcorders and audio recording devices are not allowed.

Alcohol
No glass containers or alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Krasnapolsky Hotel.

Food & Beverage
A variety of food and beverage will be available for purchase during the Gala. During the workshops you can bring your own drinks and food.

Visitors have to leave coats, backpacks and sportbags in the secured cloakroom of the Krasnapolsky Hotel.

Miscellaneous
Cleared items will be sent to the Lost & Found Desk, of the Krasnapolsky Hotel, so label your stuff. No pets are permitted on the festival. You must have a valid ticket to enter the Gala evening and/or workshops. Sorry, we cannot replace lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets.
