During our gala the Krasnapolsky Restaurant Shibli will serve a fixed diner menu exclusive drinks. Drinks will be served at the gala by means of a token system.

Baba ghanouj (a paste made of roast or grilled eggplant and tahini, a paste made from sesame seeds); Humus a paste made of chickpeas and tahini; Dolmas (stuffed tomatos with lamb mince meat); Tabouleh (a fresh salade made of bulgur, with fresh veggies, olive oil and spices; Turkish pizza; Betingan Ma’ly bil bechamel (grilled eggplant with lambs mince meat and bechamel sauce; herb seasoned feta cheese; Baklava (pastry with honey and nuts); Om ali (dessert made of almonds, coconut, raisons, and whipped cream), dates and Arabic bread.
